CerberusK-9.com ships all US orders through UPS. All Canadian and international orders are shipped via Canada Post unless otherwise stated.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping & Handling Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and billed separately after the order is placed. If you would like to find out the cost of shipping prior to ordering, please contact us.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Cerberus K9 inc. ships to our valued customers at APO/FPO/DPO addresses. please allow extra time for delivery as a result of these destinations. Canada Post/USPS does not adequately insure value for packages or offer sufficient traceability of packages especially when sent to APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Therefore, we cannot be responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages when sent using this method.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
If you don't receive the confirmation email, please verify that you entered your email address correctly.
Once your order is handed to the courier service Cerberus K9 Solutions inc. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We're happy to be able to offer international shipping options to most countries through Canada Post. Please note that these packages are large and they are expensive to ship –– you will see the exact amount for shipping and duties at checkout.
